Staff

Kenny was born in Rochester, New York, and went to Elementary School at T.J. Connor and graduated from high school at Wheatland-Chili in 1995. Then he went on to further his education at Pfeiffer University in North Carolina, where he graduated in 2001. He attended Calvary Bible Baptist Church in Rochester for 28 years, where he was an usher and a Sunday School Teacher in the fourth through sixth grade classes. He has been a member at Open Door Baptist Church since 2013. He married to his wife Emily in August of 2019, had his son Elias in 2022 and his daughter Mayci in 2026.

Some of the things that he is interested is firstly, like all workers at Northstar, growing closer to the LORD every day. He strives to lead by example to each of his students. It's easier for students to see him walk the walk instead of telling them the way they should follow CHRIST! They always respond better if they see actions (footsteps) follow words. Coaching is another thing that drives Kenny and something that he enjoys and looks forward to each year. Anyone who knows him knows he loves following his sports teams: New York Giants, New York Mets, and above all NORTH CAROLINA TARHEELS!! GOD First, Emily, then Family. After that, Tarheel basketball.
