Izzy Brisco is a proud Northstar graduate, having attended the school from kindergarten through 12th grade. Her love for the school and its community inspired her to return as a teacher. She earned her degree in Childhood Education from Roberts Wesleyan University and began her career at Northstar while completing her studies. Today, she has the joy of teaching first grade, where she loves helping students grow both academically and spiritually.

As a Northstar alumna, Izzy is especially grateful for the opportunity to invest in the next generation at the school that helped her grow in her faith and love of learning. She is passionate about creating a classroom where students feel loved, encouraged, and challenged to do their best.

Outside the classroom, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, serving at her church (First Bible Baptist), and exploring new recipes in the kitchen.
