Erin Hvizdak is a native of the Rochester area and a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan University, where she met her husband, Todd. For the past 27 years, they have made their home in the Albany area and are proud parents to two grown sons both of whom serve in full-time ministry. Erin brings a diverse background in education. Her professional journey includes work in children’s ministry, special education, and, most recently, teaching in the Christian education setting. Her teaching portfolio spans English, ESL, College Counseling, and Photojournalism, reflecting a passion for both academic excellence and student development.

Outside the classroom, Erin channels her creativity into freelance photography and has spent decades singing on worship teams. A passionate traveler with a heart for missions, she has served in over eight countries. Erin is also an avid sports fan, proudly rooting for the Boston Celtics, New York Yankees, and Buffalo Bills. She loves spending her downtime with her husband, Todd, and their two dogs, Captain Jeter and Judge!
