Erin Hvizdak is a native of the Rochester area and a graduate of Roberts Wesleyan University, where she met her husband, Todd. For the past 27 years, they have made their home in the Albany area and are proud parents to two grown sons both of whom serve in full-time ministry. Erin brings a diverse background in education. Her professional journey includes work in children’s ministry, special education and, most recently, teaching in the Christian education setting. Her teaching portfolio spans English, ESL, College Counseling, and Photojournalism, reflecting a passion for both academic excellence and student development.

Erin loves capturing life through the lens and runs a small photography business on the side. A big sports fan, she proudly roots for the Boston Celtics, New York Yankees, and Buffalo Bills—no matter the season! She’s also passionate about music and has spent decades singing on worship teams. Erin has a heart for missions and has served in over eight countries, combining her love for travel with meaningful outreach. When she’s not teaching or traveling, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Todd, and their two beloved dogs, Kenya and Judge.
