After college graduation, Lisa taught middle school math and science at North Baptist Christian School for several years before staying home to homeschool her own four children. In addition to teaching her children, Lisa tutored other homeschool students and taught daily math classes to high school students in her home. Last year, Lisa began substitute teaching at several schools in the area, including Northstar. She is ready and thrilled to have a class of her own this year.

Lisa and her husband, Bob, both serve in their church wherever they are needed. Lisa has taught various children's classes for years and is currently youth Bible study teacher. Lisa also plays both piano and organ for service. As nature enthusiasts and history lovers, the Corcimiglia family can often be found hiking in the Adirondacks or exploring a historical site. Lisa's other hobbies include biking, gardening, reading, and keeping score for her daughter's basketball team.
