David was born and raised in Mount Morris, NY where he graduated from Mount Morris Central School in 2006. He attended Niagara University for his undergraduate degree in marketing in 2010, as well as his masters degree in marketing in 2012. Since 2015, David has been the youth leader at Faith Bible Church in Brighton, NY, where he has been involved in many activities with the youth ministry including an annual youth rally and youth camp. David has a strong love for the Word of God and shares his passion for the Lord every Thursday at youth group in hopes of seeing the teens further their relationship with Jesus Christ.

David enjoys spending time with his family which includes his wife Melissa, who he has been married to since 2013, and his daughters Ella (4 years) and Chloe (1 year). The Steen family will be expecting another daughter (Lillian) in May 2021. David has been an active bowler since he was 5 years old and enjoys competing in leagues and tournaments. During the summer months David is the director of the Faith Bible Church Men's Golf League, and also enjoys playing golf with his family.
