Staff

Brandi is an Army veteran. She served 17 years in the reserves as a medic and orthopedic technician. She has always loved working with children, so she went to college to become a teacher at Saint John Fisher College. She graduated in 2013. She did not start teaching due to some hardships, but she did meet her now-husband, Joe, in 2015. She came to Christ in 2015. This renewed her passion and desire to teach. This stemmed from her being a mother and knowing the impact of spiritual investment for not only her own children, but all children. She is now a mother of 5 children, and has been teaching at Northstar since 2021.

Brandi enjoys new experiences. She is a thrill seeker who loves a challenge. This is especially true for the outdoors and hiking. Her family stays active and enjoys the outdoors as well. She serves alongside her husband in the teen/youth ministry at Harvest Bible Fellowship. They are leading the ministry together. Before that, she served in many children's ministries at First Bible Baptist. She still attends the Bible institute through that church, as well as her husband and oldest sons.
