Anna was taught at home by her parents from kindergarten through high school. She began taking part-time college courses at Genesee Community College (GCC) in high school while still doing schoolwork at home. After graduating from high school (homeschool) in 2013, she then went on to complete two full-time years at GCC. Anna continued her work at a grocery store after college graduation in 2015. She started working as a teaching assistant at Livonia Elementary School for the 2016 summer kindergarten class and continued at the elementary school as a substitute TA that fall. When the grocery store closed in December of 2016, Anna got a full-time job at Heritage Christian Services supporting people who have disabilities, helping them achieve their goals. She was hired to work as an elementary teacher's aide at Northstar Christian Academy in 2026.

Anna is the second oldest of ten children. She lives on a small hobby farm owned by her parents where they raise Shetland sheep and process the sheep fleeces to make yarn. She enjoys spending lots of time outside - doing chores in the barn, working in the garden, and teaching new skills and tricks to her sheep, Marta, and the family's pony and donkey. In her spare time, Anna has fun doing a variety of hand crafts, playing music and singing, reading and writing stories, and spending time with family.
