Alley graduated from Northstar Christian Academy in 2011 and studied Business Administration at Monroe Community College. She has attended First Bible Baptist Church her entire life and currently serves as Sparks Director alongside her husband, Shaun, as well as co-director of the early childhood wing, a role she stepped into in 2025. She has worked in the tech and software industry, including school solutions, and has experience in social media management and content creation while staying home with her three children over the past seven years. She met her husband through Northstar Christian Academy and church activities, and they were married in 2015.

Alley strives to live out a Christ-centered life of service, encouragement, and stewardship in her family, church, and community. She enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, and baking sourdough.
