Northstar Christian Academy 9th-12th grade students have an opportunity to earn college credit while earning high school credit at NCA. The Dual Credit Program is a cooperative program with Monroe Community College and Genesee Community College. Students that enroll in an MCC or GCC course receive official college credit. The high school teachers teach the Dual Credit courses at NCA. MCC and GCC faculty have met with teachers to align course requirements and curriculum so that students have the option of receiving credit for the course on both high school and MCC/GCC transcripts. Students who choose to take the course for college credit complete an MCC/GCC registration form and pay a reduced tuition rate (currently $40-$50/credit hour).MCC courses offered at NCA 2008-2009; Spanish and EconomicsGCC courses offered at NCA 2008-2009; US History and Career Educational Planning
